When you receive your layer cake it is best kept in the fridge in the box provided. Take it out of the fridge at least 1 hour before serving, cakes are best served at room temperature. Once the cake has been sliced, make sure you keep in an air tight container in a cool spot, to ensure the cake doesn't dry out. Your cake will last between 3-5 days.
