We use organic English flour from Shipton Mill for all of our bakes - it’s super soft and makes for a lovely light sponge.
We use Billington’s unrefined cane sugars for all of our bakes - they are ethically sourced and produced in Mauritius which contributes to the welfare of island. These sugars are really delicious in flavour and add a real depth to our cookies and cakes.
Chocolate + Cocoa
We insure to use fairly traded Guittard chocolate and cocoa - we use fair trade chocolate, that’s delicious in our dark chocolate and sea salt cookies.
We use madagascan vanilla bean paste that is responsibly sourced.
We use Manilife peanut butter (the most delicious PB in town) - made in the UK this is a great product.
