ORGANIC ENGLISH FLOUR

Our flour's come from Shipton Mill - an English flour mill in the Cotswold Valley. We use a variety of flours 

including dark rye flour, cake flour and oat flour.

UNREFINED FAIRLY TRADED SUGARS

We use Billington’s unrefined cane sugars for all of our bakes -

they are ethically sourced and produced in Mauritius which contributes to the welfare of island.

These sugars are really delicious in flavour and add a real depth to our bakes.

 

FAIRTRADE CHOCOLATE AND COCOA

We only use fair trade chocolate in our chocolate based bakes.

Guittard is our most commonly used chocolate.

ORGANIC PALM-OIL FREE + SUSTAINABLE FATS

We are trying our very best to use ingredients that don't contain palm oil, however due to the nature of plant

based ingredients sometimes this is not possible. Our cookies and blocks are 100% free from palm oil and 

when we do use palm oil in our bakes it is always sustainably sourced.

RESPONSIBLY SOURCED VANILLA

We use Little Pod madagascan vanilla bean paste that is responsibly sourced. 

 

PEANUT BUTTER

We use Manilife peanut butter, made in the UK.

 

DRIED FRUIT + NUTS

We use organic fruits and nuts where possible.
