ORGANIC ENGLISH FLOUR from Shipton Mill - an English flour mill in the Cotswold Valley. We use a variety of flours to create different textures in the bakes. 

UNREFINED FAIRLY-TRADED SUGARS from Billington’s. This sugar is ethically sourced and produced in Mauritius, contributing to the welfare of island. These sugars are so delicious and full of flavour, adding a real depth to our bakes.

FAIR TRADE AND ORGANIC CHOCOLATE AND COCOA from Guittard and Pump Street Chocolate and Vego.

ORGANIC VEGAN BUTTER from Naturli, that is completely free from palm-oil, unlike a majority of vegan alternatives, this block is made with shea, coconut and almond and is the most delcious product on the market.
