ORGANIC ENGLISH FLOUR
Our flour comes from Shipton Mill - an English flour mill in the Cotswold Valley. We use a variety of flours to create different textures in the bakes.
UNREFINED FAIRLY-TRADED SUGARS
We are so happy to use sugar from Billington’s in all of our bakes. The sugar is ethically sourced and produced in Mauritius, contributing to the welfare of island. These sugars are so delicious and full of flavour, adding a real depth to our bakes.
FAIR TRADE CHOCOLATE AND COCOA
We use fair trade chocolate from Guittard and Pump Street Chocolate. Our cocoa is sourced from a fair-trade supplier.
ORGANIC PALM-OIL FREE VEGAN BUTTER
Naturli is an organic vegan butter block, that is completely free from palm-oil.
RESPONSIBLY SOURCED VANILLA
We use responsibly sourced Madagascan vanilla bean paste from Little Pod.
