By accessing, browsing and/or using our site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, which will be altered from time to time by us.

We reserve the right, to alter, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time.  If we decide to modify our terms and conditions, a new version will be posted on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions on semi-regular intervals. If you continue to use the website, that signifies that you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.  


This website is hosted on Shopify. This website or any portion of this website may not be duplicated, copied, reproduced, sold for any commercial purpose that is not permitted by Lovely Buns.


Some of the products on our website are available for on site purchase. They may also be available in selected third party retail locations and or pop-up events and markets. The products and prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time with or without notice. The products or prices in any particular third party stores, pop—up events or/and markets may be different from the ones on our website and the in store party overrides the online information. Your placement of an order on our website comprises your offer to purchase the items selected by you. Lovely Buns may accept or reject your order, and your order is not accepted by Lovely Buns until we ship your order. We guarantee that no price increase will apply to any already paid orders made by a customer for delivery on a date after which a price increase has been made.


We require payment in full at the point of ordering, unless otherwise agreed with us. We will provide you with an order quote which you can then confirm and pay electronically. You will then be issued a payment receipt. If you wish to make any changes to the order, or something appears incorrectly on your receipt please contact hello@heylovelybuns.co.uk as soon as you can.



We require 50% of your payment upfront to confirm your bespoke order. The other 50% is then due 8 weeks in advance of your event date - at this point all alterations must be made. Any orders placed less than 8 weeks in advance of the event must be paid for in full to confirm your order. Your order is confirmed when you have paid your deposit or full price.


Additional charges may apply for any changes made after you have placed your order. Alterations to orders may be requested and we will do our best to accommodate these, but we cannot guarantee. 


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, with a correct phone number and, where necessary, the correct business details to ensure our delivery drivers get your parcel to the correct location. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. Lovely Buns cannot accept responsibility for any missing deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient information supplied, or because there is no-one available to accept the delivery. Lovely Buns will always ask our drivers to leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place if no one is around to accept delivery. 


Lovely Buns is a craft bakery and everything is handmade to order. There may be slight variations in appearance from images shown on our website or/and social media platforms. If you are ordering a batch of cookies there will always be a variation in appearance of each cookie. 


Lovely Buns will make every effort to fulfil your order correctly. In the unlikely event that this does not occur, please note Lovely Buns do not accept any responsibility for consequential costs incurred due to errors made with products supplied or delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.


As we hand bake everything to order, we can only guarantee a full refund of your order if we receive your order cancellation instructions at least 48 hours before the collection time of the delivery driver or customer. Any other cancellation refunds will be entirely at the discretion of Lovely Buns.


Lovely Buns want to provide the best service possible to our customers. We have systems in place to achieve the best service possible.
